Return and Refund Policy

At True Love Speed Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below for details on how to initiate a return.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If the return is a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exclusions

Please note that electronic items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Please include a note with your order number and the reason for the exchange or refund.

Refunds Processing

You should anticipate receiving your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly. The refund processing timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (approximately 5 to 10 business days), the time required for us to process your return once we receive it (typically 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (usually 5 to 10 business days).
